The power recourses economy, the search of new energetic resources is an important government and all society problems. One of those tasks �straw use for fuel. JSC �adviliskis Machine Factory�started produce of straw shredding and pellet� production equipment set. Set� purpose �production of pellets from grains, oily straw for further use in automate large or small pellet stoves, boilers and individual consumer� usage.
To perform technical process in many cases it is not necessary to dry straw bulk.

Set includes:

1. Transporter for straw bales (round, quadrate) to supply Shredder:
- Output �up to 1,3 t/h;
- Gear motor (with frequency converter) �0,25 kW;
- overall dimensions �11000x1600x2250mm;
- weight �3600kg.

2. Straw Shredder. It� used for bales to be crushed, straw milling and transferring into straw hammer mill:
- Output �up to 1,3 t/h;
- rotor el. motor -37kW, shredder gear motor -3,0kW, including rate converter, screw transporter gear motor - 3,0kW
- overall dimensions �2300x2300x2700 mm;
- weight �2000 kg.

3. Hammer mill with stone catcher designed to mill straw. The grind of straw is delivered to cyclone - settler by the windblast:
- Output �up to 1,3 t/h;
- el. motor �45,0 kW;
- overall dimensions �(1100x900x1100) mm;
- weight �1000 kg.

4. The air-cleaning equipment:
- cyclone including sluice gate �2 piece, el. motor �0,75 kW/each;
- EKO filter (long lasting dust filtrating sleeves and sack for collecting dust).

To produce straw pellets for fuel additionally it may be equipped together with pellet press OGM �1,5A, which description is listed on �ellet press OGM-1,5A�
Straw shredding and pellet� production equipment set installed general electrical capacity �190kW.
Straw shredding equipment got national certificate in 28/11/2006. The Straw shredding line SSL � was issued Equivalent Certificate Nr. 0341.
Laboratory �irsma�in Latvia straw pellets test results:
caloric content - 4111 Kcal/kg, bulk density �610,7 kg/m� ash content �3.6%, sulphur content �0.012%, chlorides �less than 0.01%
The records are almost matching wood pellets caloric content and density.
